Just an English comparison: The German Blu-ray will be released on September 17th in Geramy, but it will be on sale on the German convention Animagic (July 30th- August 1st), which obviously much sooner…

I ordered the Blu-ray from Amazon.co.jp so I got the disc a little bit later than other people who ordered from for example CD-Japan, because Amazon seems to wait now for the release date before they send their stuff (it was the same for the Clannad Blu-ray box).At least DHL Express More >
Manga UK about Eva 2.22, Summer Wars, Eureka 7 Movie

Manga UK mentioned in their Twitter Account that they are “relying on Funimation to announce dates, dubbing, etc.”, so it seems like Funimation already has the US/UK-licence for the second Evangelion Rebuild movie. They also say that they are not sure which version they will release but I think only 2.22 More >

Yesasia.com posted a Limited Edition and a Normal Edition of a Hong Kong release of Evangelion 2.22 and they list English subtitles!
